TrueScan MRI LLC and its affiliates (“TrueScan”, “us,” “we,” or “our”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of information reasonably related to an individual (“Personal Data”). As a result, TrueScan may be subject to certain provisions of HIPAA with respect to “protected health information,” as defined under HIPAA, that you provide to TrueScan (“PHI”). However, any information that does not constitute Protected Information under applicable laws may be used or disclosed in any manner permitted under this Privacy Policy. Protected Information does not include information that has been de-identified or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws. TrueScan has adopted a Notice of Privacy Practices that describes how we use and disclose Protected Information. By electing to receive health care services from TrueScan, you are acknowledging receipt of the Notice of Privacy Practices and that you have agreed to such Privacy Practices.
This Privacy Notice may be updated by us from time to time. Updates to the Privacy Notice are effective immediately when posted. Please review this Privacy Notice regularly for updates. If required by any applicable law, TrueScan will directly contact you to provide you with an updated Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Data Sources
Personal Data is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, can be reasonably associated with, or could be directly or indirectly reasonably linked to a specific individual or household.Personal Data does not include publicly available information, de-identified or aggregated information, or information covered by applicable federal and state laws.

A. Direct Collection: We may gather information you provide directly when you interact with us, including but not limited to when you use our Digital Properties, visit our location, subscribe to newsletters, communicate with us, place orders, or create an account.

These third parties may include, social media companies, advertising networks, security providers, analytics providers, and other parties that support our business and Digital Properties operations
E. Do Not Track Signals
Although some browsers have incorporated Do Not Track (“DNT”) preferences, we do not honor DNT preferences at this time.
6. Data Security and Data Maintenance
We take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure, or misuse.
